Earth Water Wind | Ltd Edition

Earth Water Wind illustrates the contemporary phenomenon of outdoor sports and recreational activities in the Alto Minho region of northern Portugal, where the people, entities, and associations that revitalise or enjoy their landscape were portrayed. With photography by Paulo Alegria and text by Raul Pereira, the work shows more than thirty sports and hundreds of people, which traces not only the current reality in all ten Alto Minho municipalities, but also as an universal idea of exercise and adventure that combines the fascination with the landscape with the playfulness of amateurs and the effort of great athletes.
